Please note that our registered office is not a returns warehouse. Returns must only be sent to the warehouse address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

Returns must be sent to the specific warehouse address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved. Please do not send items to our registered office in Bristol, as returns cannot be processed at that location.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

We will evaluate the issue and work with our logistics partners to make it right.
